We got our start in data entry in 2012 when we started doing data entry for law firms who wanted to market their legal services through direct mail. Our job was to find the leads and enter them into Excel-based mailing spreadsheets. Since then, we have expanded our capabilities and we can handle any type of data entry task or project. We can enter or help maintain or query spreadsheets, databases, E-commerce software, or any custom software that you have. Even for the most complex needs using your own in-house software, if training is provided to our team, we can handle the tasks. And the training would be considered to be part of the free trial. You can assess our team after the training, and if you are not comfortable with moving forward, you would not have to pay anything.

- We have employees ‘in reserve’. If we need to surge resources onto your data entry project to speed things up, we can do so. The reserve employees can also fill in for other employees when they get sick or take time off.
- Variable speed. If you want the project completed as quickly as possible, we can do that, and you will be impressed by the speed. If you want to spread the cost of the project over time, we can gradually complete the project and gradually invoice as work is completed.
